| Choosing sampling points for a continuous or near continuous monitoring system for airborne particle in a clean zone requires a compromise caused by two opposing needs: the drive for comprehensive data and the desire to lower costs. With day-to-day monitoring basis from carefully selected sample points, both of these requirements can be met . |
